Cape Values are approaching above 1000 J/Kg across portions of the watched area over North Central Maine. The lifting Index is around -4 and -3 as of early afternoon across this region. This environment is good for storm development. If you hear thunder, get inside.
-Heavy Rain is also occurring in Northern Maine. Flash flooding is possible in some areas where training and heavy rain continues.
-I will continue to monitor this situation this afternoon for any further developments.
