Good Afternoon Everyone
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend thus far. Unfortunately, the clouds and cool temperature has dampened the first half of the weekend. However, temperatures will rebound this weekend as it will feel more like early fall than winter. The clouds unfortunately will linger around with some rain through Thursday.
Surface Analysis
Currently, there is a warm front to our west that will move through the region today. Behind it, there is a low pressure across Western Ontario. An Occluded Front and cold fronts extend down across the Western Great Plains. A series of lows are present here. These lows will progress to the east and impact our weather through the week.
Sunday, November 13th
Partly cloudy across Southern New England and Eastern NY. Mostly cloudy across Northern New England in the afternoon. Clouds increasing in the evening and overnight from the West. High temperatures in 40s and 50s across Northern New England, 50s and 60s across Southern New England and Eastern NY. Winds from the South-Southwest at 5-15 mph with higher gusts across higher elevations. Low temperatures in the 30s and 40s across Northern New England, 40s to near 50 across Southern New England. Winds from the South-Southwest at 5-15 mph with higher gusts across higher elevations and coastal Southern New England.
Monday, November 14th
Mostly cloudy in the morning with isolated showers across Eastern NY and Western New England in the morning. Mostly cloudy in the afternoon with scattered rain showers. High temperatures in the 40s and 50s across Northern New England, 50s and 60s across Southern New England and Eastern NY. Winds from South-Southwest at 10-20 mph with higher gusts across higher elevations and coastal Southern New England. Low temperatures in the 30s and 40s across Northern New England, 40s to near 50 across Southern New England and Eastern NY. Winds from the South-Southwest at 5-15 mph with higher gusts across coastal New England.
Tuesday, November 15th
Mostly cloudy with scattered rain showers in the morning. Mostly cloudy in the afternoon and evening. High temperatures in the 40s and 50s across Northern New England, 50s and 60s across Southern New England. Low temperatures in the 30s and 40s across Northern New ENgland, 40s to near 50 across Southern New England and Eastern NY.
Wednesday, November 16th
Mostly cloudy with rain in the morning, Moving from west to east. Mostly cloudy with rain in the afternoon and evening. Downpours likely. High temperatures in the 40s and 50s across Northern New England, 50s and 60s across Southern New England and Eastern NY.
Thursday, November 17th
Mostly cloudy with lingering rain showers. Some downpours possible. Rain moving from west to east in the morning. Partly cloudy across Southern New England and Eastern NY. Mostly cloudy across Northern New England in the afternoon and evening with left over showers possible. A few higher locations across the region could see some scattered snow showers later in the evening toward the overnight. High temperatures in the 30s and 40s. Low temperatures in the 20s and 30s.
