Heat Watch for Eastern New York

-An Excessive Heat Warning is in effect across the Hudson Valley of Eastern New York.  This includes the immediate Capital Region and the Hudson River Valley.  It is in effect from noon tomorrow thru 8 pm tomorrow.  Temperatures in the mid to upper 90s with heat indices above 100.
