Early Estimate Eastern NY Snowfall Map

This storm will be elevation dependent.  Locations in the Hudson River Valley and immediate Capital Region will still get some plowable snow.  However, there will be shadowing and a longer transition from rain to snow in these locations.  I might have to lower the accumulations a tad bit for the valleys.  However, the Taconics, Helderberg Hills, and Catskills will be the jackpot winners for this storm.  Perfect flow and being high elevations will enhance the snowfall and potentially bring a foot or more of snow.
