A). Flash flooding on the north-shore of Massachusetts on Tuesday, October 4th.
-2-6 inches fell wihin a few hours for many communities north of Boston, MA
B). First Hard Freeze and Frost for many across Interior parts of New England and Eastern, NY. Here are some overnight lows from last Thursday and Friday morning.
1). Saranac Lake, NY 21 degrees
2). Island Pond, VT 26 degrees
3). Burlington, VT 31 degrees
4). Albany, NY 36 degrees
6). Hartford, CT 35 degrees
7). Portland, ME 32 degrees
